Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1-2 Celery Stalks Chopped
  • 1 can Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Stewed Tomatoes , Drained Reserve Juice
  • 1-2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 4 cups Dried Rotini Pasta

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and celery. Once browned, drain grease, and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta to an al dente consistency. Drain.
  3. Add drained stewed tomatoes and condensed tomato soup to pot. Mash stewed tomatoes to break down and release some juices. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk. Heat on medium until bubbling. Add any extra seasoning to taste.
  4. Add ground beef mixture to sauce mixture and heat thoroughly. Add cooked pasta to pot, stir, and heat through.
  5. Serve with bread or garlic toast. Enjoy!
