What’s for dinner?

Is this a stressful subject in your home? Take the guesswork out of meal planning by actually making a weekly plan. A good idea is to organize your weeks’ worth of suppers – at least your weeknight suppers – and note any grocery items you may need. Post your weekly dinner intentions where the whole family can see it and also add their own suggestions.

Crap, we’re out of … ?

We have pretty well this exact setup on our fridge at home. A shopping list posted on the fridge of what items we’re out of or nearly out of. This list is often ongoing and our daughter likes to add her favourite treats to the agenda. In order to save paper, we try to fill the page (front and back), crossing out each item as it’s replenished.

Especially for mama.

Taking time for ourselves – as busy working mamas – is so important. Setting your intentions, tracking your workouts, and inspiring oneself to strive for your goals is easily accomplished with this planner. Note personal appointments, track your water consumption, and set future objectives – and take control mama!

We all need a little love.

Simple self affirmations and motivating reminders really do wonders for a woman’s confidence and drive. Saying out loud – or writing down – something you’re proud of, a special adventure you want to go on, or a nice gesture from a friend make modest accomplishments feel extraordinary.

Thanks Lynn! When I’m looking to organize and plan a little more seriously, I just create a form or planner specifically for that task!
